Our Team

Ernie Mansi

Founder, CEO

Ernie’s story represents the true American dream:  He came to the United States in 1973 from Egypt with an advanced engineering degree from the University of Cairo, and $100 in his pocket.  He was able to parlay this into a successful real estate development firm for over thirty years.  Ernie has been directly and indirectly responsible for the completion of over 4,000 residential units throughout the US, with another 1,000 units pending development. A true Legend, his experience and wisdom are continuing to lead Aldersgate into the future.  Ernie lives at the beach in Ventura with his wife of 35 years, Marilyn.

Matt Mansi

Chief Operating Officer

Matt has B.S. in Business Administration from Cal Lutheran and carries a Real Estate Broker’s license.  He has been with Aldersgate since 2007 and has worked to entitle and manage many of our projects. Matt is Chief Operating Officer; managing relationships, project managers, and support staff, as well as working to bring new and exciting projects to the company.  He also co-runs Aldersgate Asset Management, which manages the company and client assets.  Matt lives in Ventura with his lovely wife Rachel, their two sons.  He is a rabid Laker fan, outdoorsman, and enjoys chocolate after lunch.

Mike Wagemann

Director Of Construction Operations

Mike has a B. S. in Mechanical Engineering, and is a licensed General Contractor with a “B” and “A” classifications.  He is also a certified OSAH trained, SWPPP QSP/CESSWI inspector.  Mike has over thirty years of experience in the construction industry, and has built multi-family, podium construction, single family, and commercial projects.  He has completed several large communities from estimating, budgeting, planning, negotiating, and scheduling.  Mike is in charge of construction operations at Aldersgate, and oversees all superintendents.  In his spare time, he enjoys woodworking, and playing with his grandson.

Jordan Marshall

Project Manager

A real American hero, Jordan served in the Marine Corps Institute Education Program. He worked overseas and conducted key leader engagements with local nationals to improve security to create stability in the area, as well as forming contracts with local leaders for rebuilding bridges, walls and school compounds to stimulate economic growth and education. Jordan works at Aldersgate to bring many projects to life; ensuring that they get built to the highest, most efficient standard.  He has extensive knowledge in the development/entitlement process, as well as construction and sales.  Jordan also carries a real estate license and currently resides in Ventura, CA with his wife Lindsay and three kids.

Ana Murillo

Front Office Director

Ana may hold a B.S. in Business Management from Cal Lutheran, but she doesn’t take any B.S.  She has worked as an office manager, bookkeeper, financial analyst, and property manager.  Ana applies her knowledge in learning how different industries are run.  She found her niche at Aldersgate in Construction Finance, as well as Director of Front Office.  She loves being a liaison between people, making sure all parties are understood and taken care of.  Her problem solving, knowledge, and overall attention to detail are just some of what make her so valuable to Aldersgate.  She currently lives in Oxnard, enjoying the beaches, mountains, and fields with her husband and four daughters.

Ruth Mansi-Muth

Project Manager

Ruth has a B.A. in Anthropology, and a Masters in International Health.  She worked overseas in international and economic development.  Ruth most recently worked with refugees being resettled in the United States as the Health and Wellness Coordinator.  She has additional experience as an Executive Coordinator, Director of Marketing, and Business Manager, and semi-pro event coordinator.  She spends every Friday volunteering in Santa Barbara for a local relief agency.  Ruth manages some of Aldersgate’ s most exciting projects, and her attention to detail and organizational skills are top notch.  Ruth loves popcorn, spending time outside, her ginger husband and son!

Seth Dailey

Sales Manager

Seth has a background in many facets of real estate, construction and also teaching abroad. He is licensed as a real estate agent, home inspector, and structural pest inspector. He owns and manages rental property, has designed and managed short term rentals, and works with investors and developers from the acquisitions stage all the way through asset management. When not working in real estate, Seth can be found with his three favorite people (his wife and two girls) at the beach, climbing mountains with youth he’s mentoring, or fingerpicking strings on his guitar.
